Where are you located?Our offices and workshops are located in the south of the province of Alicante, in Spain.

What knowledge does your team have?We are all qualified technicians with experience in our respective specialties, with degrees ranging from mechanics to electronics, including computer science.

Where do you ship to?We ship to all of Europe. If you are outside the European Union, please contact us directly for inquiries.

What are the shipping costs?For all products and services in Spain, it's €10, but free for orders over €30. For the rest of Europe, we have a fixed rate of €15.

How long does shipping take?24h for deliveries within Spain and 48h for the rest of Europe, on business days.

Can orders be picked up in person?No problem, you can arrange a pickup with us at our Alicante Sur headquarters.
